Terms & Conditions

Check-in is between 3-6 pm. Check ins after 6pm are fine. However, we are UNABLE to accommodate check ins prior to 3pm. Check out is 11am. The reservation is secured by your credit card. The full amount of the reservation will be due upon check in and can be paid by cash, personal check, credit card or traveler's check. If paying by credit card at check in, there is a 3% transaction fee. Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason, our policy is as follows: If notified more than 30 days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. Refunds are based on our ability to fully re-book the accommodation.

THIS B&B IS A NON SMOKING FACILITY. This includes rooms and decks.

Hawaiian General Excise Tax and Accomodations tax equal 11.41% and applies to all guest stays.

PLEASE NOTE: No discounts (including single occupancy rates) are offered during high season - December 15th to March 15th as well as other peak demand times during the year. We can offer discounts on extended stays and group reservations for the entire Inn. Please contact Innkeeper directly for details.
